Description Level 43 An Antidote to the Lepharists Put the antidote into 5 of the Drinking Water Buckets of the Lepharists. Basic Reward XP † 60,100  Greater Healing Potion (8) (PW/AA)

Although this is not a Group quest, the Stronghold is an Elite area. You will need to do this quest while with a group in the Stronghold.
