To install, you need a NEXON account. Make one, if you don't have one. After, you will be told installation requires elevation. Pressing OK will download and install NGM.exe, the installer, which takes about an hour on a fast connection.
Please note that Nexon has discovered that if you download the games client from the main website using chrome you might not get the whole file. It has something to do about chrome having problems downloading files more then 2 GB. They are in the process of creating a new client that will fix this problem. News Post
