Tome Quest: From Mouth to Neck Saphery: Complete a specific task: (O) Kill Dark Elves at 59520, 20582 until you get an Amulet of Fangs. (D) talk to Beastmaster Mezellian at 31.5k, 15k to receive the Amulet. Kill Twisted Hounds near 49.5k, 13.1k until you have 10 Chaos Hound Fangs.
