Type | Icon | Description |

Bio | | Places a sticky goo that Snares and Slows any enemy (or self) that is within the dispersal radius or crosses the patch of goo. Snare affects Movement Rate, Slow affects Reload and Rate of Fire. |
Frag | | Direct explosive damage to all enemies (or self) within the blast radius |
Flash | | Stuns all enemies (or self) within the blast radius |
Pyro | | Places a Fire DOT on any who are in, or enter, the patch of flames |
Cluster | | A cluster of smaller Frag grenades that separate on initial detonation and then detonate individually, causing less damage individually but over a much larger area. |
The type may be coupled with a suffix which is an indicator of quality.

- charge - Rare
- surge - Epic
- nova - Legendary
Each type can have a grade.

The meaning of the first digit varies by grenade type.
- Bio: Duration. Higher the digit the shorter the duration. Seems inconsistent, though.
- Cluster: Radius (dispersion radius in meters before second detonation)
- Flash: We are totally out on this one. No relation seems consistent
- Frag: Digit selects the DMG range, Quality and Min EGO Rating places the DMG within the range. Both Min DMG and Max DMG are affected. Primary factor in determining the DMG range seems to be Min EGO Rating.
- Pyro: Digit sets the Tick Damage, Quality determines Duration (7.5-8 for White, 9.5 for Purple)
