Speak to Venox Tarkog at 219.36, 79.85, -47.35 Copy in Obol Plains to begin this quest.

1. Kill Wayward exiles and outcasts around -182, 40, 185 Copy until you get the auto-update for the Tribunal scale.
2. Return to Venox Tarkog to complete the quest.

Completing this quest will open up Dalyana Pinecrest's quest Even the Score on the beach.
