To start:

Speak to Savtek at 97, 210, -14 within Falinpol on Daarspire island within the Vesspyr Isles to begin this quest.

  1. Head to Sothshae isle ( 630, 254, 586 )
  2. Release three scale-crafted repellers. Click on their ghostly outline to do this:
    • 639, 230, 682
    • 676, 263, 407
    • 769, 264, 298
  3. Gather five repeller remnants while on Sothshae. These are piles of golem parts:
    • 799, 235, 725
    • 830, 258, 563
    • 753, 242, 661
    • 647, 256, 586
    • 731, 263, 373
    • 796, 264, 398
  4. Head to Nuthshae isle ( 854, 315, -49 )
  5. Release two scale-crafted repellers
    • 908, 268, -74
    • 841, 269, -35
  6. Gather two repeller remnants on Nuthshae
    • 830, 267, -19
    • 823, 272, -74
    • 856, 270, -77
    • 875, 269, -45
  7. Return to Savtek to complete the quest.
