Speak Veris Windcall at 26, 3, -52 Copy in The Eidolon Jungle to begin this quest.

1. Activate 4 reality anchors on the beach. You'll probably have to kill the Skirth siphoners around them. Known locations:
• 264, -45, -169 Copy
• 308, -41, -207 Copy
• 93, -50, -243 Copy
• 69, -48, -231 Copy
2. 
   A Reality Anchor
   Collect 30 power crystals from Skirth siphoners on the beach. These are body drops called a crystallized shard of reality.
3. Return to Veris to complete the quest

• Nebulous Reality Anchor (green adornment)
