Speak to Field Marshal Vishra at 3630, -1016, 1693 Copy in Salt Breeze to begin this quest.

1. Speak to Osh at 3661, -1014, 1717 Copy .
2. Speak to Wret Jarbarrel at 3639, -1018, 1663 Copy .
3. Click on the bowl in front of Osh.
4. Speak once again to Osh.
5. Head to 4084, -1077, 1439 Copy and you will be ambushed by ulthork. Kill them and loot the flipper.
6. Return to Osh to complete the quest.
