Speak to Gulthga at -1349, 218, 605 Copy in the Fearcreep to begin this quest.

1. Travel to the Fear Portal, located at -2396, 209, 529 Copy (near the Temple of Cazic Thule).
2. Speak to a lizardman--this won't happen because they attack you. Kill the guards to the cave for your update.
3. Kill 3 Diar'Ew fearcallers at -2314, 202, 444 Copy inside the cave.
4. Investigate the fear portal. You'll have to be very close to it to do so. Follow the dialogue.
5. Return to Gulthga to complete the quest.
6. It is also best to start and complete Yulsuth's quest Open Gates before Fortunes Turned, so that you may do the Unexpected Ally quest from Alzilius during Fortunes Turned ; or you will have to do an extra backtrack to the Amygdalan camp if you realize you wanted to do Unexpected Ally with Fortunes Turned. Remember to pick up Fortunes Turned along with Open Gates!
