Tairiel Oakshade in The Elddar Grove asked you to help defeat lamia within the Baubbleshire, as it will take someone who can work at long range. Also get some portal fragments while you're there.

1. Enter The Baubbleshire: Vale's Shadow through the Baubbleshire gate at 813, -20, -530 Copy .
2. Kill six hard-to-reach lamia. These are the an invading lamia castigator.
3. Obtain ten samples of portal fragments from around the Baubbleshire. These are red rock-like lumps on the ground.
4. Return to Tairiel.
