Speak to Dracurion Flight Master at -556, -686, 363 Copy in the Village of Alivan (Withered Lands) to get here. Return to Withered Lands by speaking to the covert shadow-talon drake inside Skyshrine at -14, 1, -18 Copy .

A Pennant of Skyshrine Loyalty can now be purchased from the Skyshrine City faction merchant once you have earned enough faction with the Claws of Veeshan. This pennant will allow you to return to Skyshrine from any house or guildhall. The Pennant costs 100p and you must have at least +10,000 Faction with the Claws of Veeshan. It is tradeable.
