Anyone got info on where this drops? I've heard Dynamis, and that'd make sence, but I'd like some proof on where this drops. anyone? ^^

The NM "Animated Scythe" in Dynamis-Xarcabard drops this. This, Bec de Faucon and 1 Remilala Stripeshell are used for the final Relic Scythe upgrade.
