	To Start: Speak to Serge in The Roadhouse. Serge says,"Those hooligans are out of control! They ambushed me and stole my letters. This isn't the first time it has happened either. Think you could head down into the Tavern Cellar and get my letters back? That mail needs to be delivered!" Those darn hooligans keep stealing Serge's mail before he has time to deliver it. He has asked you to get his mail back by defeating hooligans in the Tavern Cellar near The Roadhouse. This is a Combat quest. This quest is repeatable.
