	To Start: Speak to Quills in Sanctuary. Quills says,"Are you looking for a pass to see the Queen? Why don't you take a number and maybe we can squeeze you in a few weeks from now? Don't look so shocked. Pux, who's next in line, has been waiting for at least a week! " Getting a standard appointment with Queen Valerian can be tough. The line waiting to see her is already backed up full of ambassadors and dignitaries. If you want to meet the Queen, you'll have to take a number and wait, unless you can get someone to give you their place in line.
