- Academy - provides no direct benefits that I can see but the max level of your other Technology Tree Buildings are limited by the level of your Academy.
- Library - Take your ease with a good book (click on the building) here and you will begin studying. Each reading (one completion of the casting bar) relieves a percentage of your XP and TP debt (possible based on your level and increasing as the libraries level rises), and the reading continues automatically.
- Stable - Increases Movement Speed. Click on the Stable and pay the Boarding Fee to receive the "Horse Care" buff equal to the level of the stable.
- Riding Speed I - Costs 550 , 2% Movement Speed increase for 3 hours.
- Farm - At level 4 you can begin making yet-to-be-discovered items. Also unlocks yet-to-be-discovered technologies.
- Guard Tower - Defensive Buff during Siege War. Also unlocks yet-to-be-discovered technologies.
- Processing Factory - Unlocks yet-to-be-discovered technologies
Resources - You do not receive Harvesting XP from harvesting materials from Guild Castle amenities. To increase the level you must provide the required resources and have an Academy of the same or higher level.
- Lumber Yard - Harvest up to Unknown Wood x99 (Ggl) per day. Right-click the item to discover what kind it is. These can be used in Crafting or contributed to Guild Resources.
- Field - Harvest up to Unknown Herb x99 (Ggl) per day. Right-click the item to discover what kind it is. These can be used in Crafting or contributed to Guild Resources.
- Forge - Harvest up to Unknown Ore x99 (Ggl) per day. Right-click the item to discover what kind it is. These can be used in Crafting or contributed to Guild Resources.
