Talk to Bablis (Ggl) to inform him you are ready to Depart Don't move to fast but take him to Glinboz. He will follow but not swiftly. When he reaches a certain spot (29.2, 49.7) he will inform you he can make it the rest of the way on his own. Now go talk to Glinboz.
