Use the Stealth Device (Ggl) and infiltrate Icefrost City. As you enter the castle, go to the right and look for a tiny room in the wall. That is the top of the stairs going down. Look for safe places to release and re-apply your Stealth! Remember it only lasts 2 minutes! Yo do not have to fight the Hydra (Ggl), just see it!
