Rift Mob:Warlord Swedge

Normal

Basic tank & spank. Burn the 2 casters first, then the melee. There is an AE so tank should turn the mobs and hold aggro on all three with a few AEs of his own. Ranged DPS to max range to avoid the AE.

Expert

Have the entire group bunch up behind Gerbik, within melee range, so that Warlord Swedge does not charge them and interrupt their spell-casting. VERY bad for healers.

Kill them in the order below (both versions):

  1. The Fire Mage Incinerator Gerbik
    • When killed, Gerbik will place a circle of flames that deals MASSIVE damage to anyone standing in it. Don't stand in the fire.
  2. Warlord Swedge
    • Swedge charges party members not in melee rang at random and interrupts their casting. When killed, he will buff his remaining allies causing them to take less damage.
  3. High Shaman Nuggo
    • Nuggo will increase the damage done by his remaining allies which may present a problem for some healers. Many groups recommend killing him last to help healers conserve their mana.

There is, obviously, disagreement whether you should kill Swedge second, or Nuggo. The order you ultimately use will probably depend on your party composition.
