Rift Quest:A Dim Tide  

This is considerably trickier than the Guardian version.

1. Speak with Roka Niralis
2. Collect a Pact Orb from the chest next to Roka
3. Repeat the following six times:
1. Find an aggressive Aimless Spirits on the north side of town
2. Use the Pact Orb ("You can't trick me!"). He will resist. Beat him down to below 50% when he becomes non-aggressive (name turns green).
3. TALK to him! Say you will be his friend! He will agree to follow you, changing his name to Helpful Spirit. You cannot have more than one Helpful Spirit at a time. The first one will get bored and wander off.
4. Take the Helpful Spirit to one of the Energy Capsules (marked on your minimap). You do not have to click on it, just stand right next to it until the Spirit goes into the Capsule.
