Rift Quest:A Strange Trinket  

After completing the quests for Marshal Kain in Iron Pine Peak, you receive a letter from Sir Martyn Myrsol with a Transient Portal of the Sanctuary Guard. Use it and Sergeant Coda appears. Talk to him again to finish the quest.
