Rift Quest:Empowered Whelps  

You will see groups of 3 Wanton Arsonists focusing fire on a small dragonlet. Kill the 3 Arsonists and the Whelp attacks. Kill the Whelp for your update. The Arsonists can be easily single-pulled.
