Rift Quest:Fishing the Farhall Way  

Go straight north, just outside the docks, then turn left. Go to the beach and you will see two boats. the Mush Milk is in the right-hand boat. After, just toss dynamite at the Angerfish and pick them up. Sadly, the Dynamite does not affect regular mobs, only Angerfish.
