Speak to Jania Doshaun at the very top of Riverfell, through the mine and all the way at the top by the bugs and harpies, on a small ledge at (3754, 2683) to begin this quest. It is a subquest of The Little Scavenger Hunt, Part 1.

• Jump through at least 10 of the glowing rings along the falls.
