Rift Quest:Joining the Cabal  

This quest will lead you to Tideweaver Gelaine in Freemarch. Prior to talking to her, you will need to use your Visage of the Deep. She will give you another quest, Initiation which you will need to complete in order to be initiated and complete this quest. Return to Uriel Chuluun in Meridian.
