To begin this quest purchase any High Stakes Ticket for 10 0 0 from Kayani at (6578, 6855) in Shimmersand. Right-click the ticket to begin the quest.

Wait for the Wheel of Fate to take its next spin and see if it lands on your number. On the PTS the reward for winning the high stakes bet was 185 0 12 . If you lose the quest will disappear from your journal.
