Rift Quest:Welcome to Fort Zarnost  

There are three Icons of Radiance around Fort Zarnost. As you approach one you get zapped with a beam. This gives you the ability to bless. Click the temporary skill, then click on a ground target. You should be able to barely see the scouts walking around stealthed.
