Dictionary A hidden chamber that can only be reached from within Siel's Eastern Fortress.

All mobs in this instance have a chance to drop one of the Blade Fragments required for To Catch a Dragon, and they are all Level 35. The level does not scale to match the party, as instances do in many games, so the best level for XP would be 35,with XP and droprates getting worse as you rise.
