29Restorative BurstAny time one of your direct healing effects critically heals an ally, you will regain 40 Action Points over 3 seconds.
31Hurried RestoreGift of Life now resurrect allies instantly, but you are stunned for 3 seconds after casting.
33Master of ForceIncreases your chance to critically hit enemies by 10%.
35Transfer MagicDrain Magic will now also grant 50 Action Points to your defensive target.
37Run Between WorldsReduces the cooldown time for Walk Between Worlds by 40 seconds.
39DesperationYour healing abilities become 40% more effective when the target is below 25% hit points.

31Efficient SlaughterHate spending abilities cost 5 less Hate to use.
33Malekith's BulwarkReduces all magical damage that you take by 25%, but also reduces all healing used on you by 15%.
35Endless PursuitWhen disrupting an enemey spell you gain a 30% speed boost for 5 seconds and gain 40 Action Points.
37Swift FuryAttacks that spend Hatred have a 25% chance to increase Acton Point regen by 100% for 5 seconds.
39Simmering AngerGain 10 Hate each time an enemy critically hits you. This effect can only trigger once every second.

Bright Wizard

11Emperor's WardAny time you are attacked, there is a 25% chance that you will become protected by a magical barrier for up to 10 seconds, which will absorb up to x damage. This effect will not trigger more than once every 3 seconds.
13Devour EnergyWhenever one of your spells hits an enemy, you have a 25% chance to regain 30 Action Points. This effect can not occur more than once every 2 seconds.
15Lingering FiresPyroclastic Surge and Flame Breath gain a 25% chance to cause an additional x Elemental damage over 5 seconds to each target hit.
17Unwavering FaithIncreases your Spirit resistance by X.
19Endless KnowledgeIncreases your Intelligence by X.
21Fueled from WithinFlames Of Rhuin will now deal x damage, and Flame Shield will now deal x damage.
23Sigmar's FavorAny time that you are healed, there is a 25% chance that you will regain an additional x hit points as well.
25Sleight of HandEnemy monsters will hate you 50% less than normal.
27 Power from the AshesMeltdown will now restore your action points, returning an amount equal to the Combustion which was expended.
29Close QuartersYour magical attacks will deal 25% more damage if the target is within 45 feet, but 20% less damage if they are further away.
31FlashfireAny time an enemy disrupts one of your spells, your next spell within that next 10 seconds which would normally have a buildup time will cast instantly instead. This effect will not trigger more than once every 3 seconds.
33Fan the FlamesIncreases the radii of Rain Of Fire and Detonate by 50%.
35Distracting FireReduces the cooldown times of Smoke Screen and Fire Cage by 7 seconds.
37Embrace the FlamesBurnout will now only deal x damage to you.
39Crown of FireAny time that you are struck by a melee attack, there is a 25% chance that the attacker will become stunned for 1 second. This stun does not grant immunity.

Chosen of Tzeentch

25MenaceEnemy monsters will hate you 100% more than normal on all attacks.
27Quickened DiscordReduces Blast Wave's cooldown time by 5 seconds and Touch Of Palsy's cooldown time by 10 seconds.
29Unstoppable JuggernautJuggernaut's cooldown is reduced to 20 seconds.
31Critical SuppressionSuppression will now also reduce the victim's chances to defend against attacks by 10% for 10 seconds.
33Piercing RepelRepel will now apply a buff on you that will reduce the armor penetration of all attackers by 10% for 10 seconds.
35Hastened DismissalReduces Repel's cooldown time by 50% and increases the length of the knockback.
37Power from the GodsYour auras now restore 5 action points per second for each of your active auras.
39Destined For VictoryAny time you block an attack, you gain 200 points of Morale. Tactic can not trigger more than once every 3 seconds.

Disciple of Khaine

27Bound By BloodWhenever you heal an ally, there is a 25% chance that you will also be healed for 25% of the same amount.
29Restorative BurstAny time one of your direct healing effects critically heals an ally, you will regain 40 Action Points over 3 seconds.
31Murderous IntentIncreases your chance to critically hit by 10% and your chance to parry by 10%, but reduces the effectiveness of your healing abilities by 20%.
33Fuled ActionsWhen you use Restore Essence or Soul Infusion, there is a 25% chance that your next attack will not cost any action points.
35Transferred FocusAny time you critically hit an enemy, your defensive target will become 20% more receptive to healing effects for 10 seconds.
37Potent CovenantsIncreases the chance for your Covenants to trigger by an additional 15%.
39Siphoned ConsumptionIf Consume Enchantment successfully removes an effect from your enemy, your defensive target will gain 18 health.

Engineer

21Hand-Crafted ScopeIncreases your autoattack speed by 50% when using a gun.
23Ancestral InheritanceIncreases your Armor by X.
25Clever RecoveryIf an enemy dodges any of your attacks, you will regain 75 Action Points. This effect will not trigger more than once every 3 seconds.
27Concussive MineWhen your Land Mine detonates, any enemy hit by the blast will become disoriented for 10 seconds, increasing the build times of their abilities by 1 second.
29Pierce DefensesIf an enemy blocks, dodges, or parries any of your attacks, their chances to block, dodge, and parry will be reduced by 15% for 10 seconds.
31Steady HandReduces the chance that you'll be set back from taking damage by 50%.
33Rune of ForgingWhen you construct a turret, it will gain a protective barrier which will absorb up to x damage within the first 180 seconds.
35Proximity AlarmIncreases your chance to detect hidden enemies by 50% as long as you are standing within 20 feet of your turret.
37Tangling WireAfter ending or being removed, Barbed Wire will now Snare targets by 40% and deal x damage over 5 seconds.
39Coordinated FireSignal Flare will now also cause the victim to suffer 15% more damage from all sources.

Goblin Shaman

25SubtletyAll of your heals will cause enemy monsters to hate you 25% less than normal.
27Extra Special MushroomsIncreases your chance to critically heal by 10%.
29Restorative BurstAny time one of your direct healing effects critically heals an ally, you will regain 40 Action Points over 3 seconds.
31Dat Makes Me DizzyYou can now resurrect allies instantly, but you are stunned for 3 seconds after casting.
33Mork Is Watchin'Increases your chance to critically hit enemies by 10%.
35Ain't Done Yet!Spell that spend Waaagh! Have a 10% chance to not expend it when used.
37Get Movin'!Any time one of your groupmates damages an enemy with 'Ere We Go, they will gain 150 points of Morale.

31Pick On Yer Own SizeIf an enemy blocks, dodges, or parries any of your attacks, their chances to block, dodge, and parry will be reduced by 15% for 10 seconds.
33All By MeselfYou deal 25% more damage when you have no pets present.
35Sharpened ArrersExplodin Arrer now deals X damage to the initial enemy, and X damage over 9 seconds with its explosion.
37I Got LotsYour Squig pets no longer have cooldown times.
39Da Smell Don't Bother MeWhile in your Squig Armor, you are healed for 16 health every 5-seconds.

37Relentless TrainingGrudging Blow and Heavy Blow will cost X fewer action points.
39Long ReachExtends the reach of Shield Sweep and Rune-Etched Axe by an additional 10 feet.

23Sigmar's FavorAny time that you are healed, there is a 25% chance that you will regain an additional 18 hit points as well.
25MenaceEnemy monsters will hate you 100% more than normal on all attacks.
27Biting BladeAny time you critically hit an enemy, they will suffer an additional X damage over 10 seconds and their parry chance will be reduced by 5%.
29Unstoppable JuggernautJuggernaut's cooldown is reduced to 20 seconds.
31Sun's BlessingShield Of The Sun and Perseverance will now cool down 50% faster.
33Well-TrainedSmashing Counter, Shield Rush, and Vicious Slash no longer cost action points.
35Banish DarknessRepel Darkness will now cool down 50% faster, and will send the victim flying even further away from you.
37Bellow CommandsBattle Commands will restore 5 action points every second for each of your active Battle Commands.
39Destroy ConfidenceShatter Confidence will now remove up to 3 Enchantments from the victim, dealing damage for each one that was removed.

Magus

21Unearthly ShriekPink Horrors, Blue horrors and Flamers of Tzeentch now have a 15% chance to taunt their targets with every attack. This enrages the target, interrupting any building actions and forces monsters to target your pet for 5 seconds. Taunted targets receive 20% more damage from your daemon. If your daemon is struck 3 times by their taunted target, taunt will be broken.
23BacklashAny time you are attacked, there is a 25% chance that you will lash out for X Elemental damage over 5 seconds to anyone who hits you.
25Sleight Of HandEnemy monsters will hate you 50% less than normal.
27Flame's KissRend Winds and Flickering Red Fire are now un-defendable.
29Close QuartersYour magical attacks will deal 25% more damage if the target is within 45 feet, but 20% less damage if they are further away.
31Lasting AegisIncreases durations of Aegis of Orange Fire and Boon Of Tzeentch by 10 seconds.
33RedirectionAny time you disrupt a spell, you will gain 75 Action Points. This effect will not trigger more than once every 3 seconds.
35Surging PowerIncreases critical damage from Infernal Blast, Surging Violet Fire, and Surge of Insanity by 50%.
37Swift FlamesReduces Surging Violet Fire's cooldown by 7 seconds
39Daemonic MendingStrengthen Thrall will heal for an additional 33%.

Marauder of Tzeentch

27Rend AsunderIncreases Rend's duration by an additional 6 seconds.
29RiposteEach time you parry an enemy's attack, you will strike them back for X damage which they can not prevent.
31Deeply ImpaledAny time you Impale an enemy, they will become 10% more susceptible to being critically hit for 15 seconds.
33Feeding on FearAny time you critically hit an enemy, your chance to critically hit will be increased by 20% for 5 seconds, but you will also become 10% more susceptible to being critically hit.
35Unending HorrorIncreases Wave Of Horror's duration to 15 seconds.
37Widespread DemolitionIncreased Demolition's radius to 50 feet.
39Piercing BiteAll of your abilities which require a Mutation will now bypass 50% of your enemy's armor.

Orc Choppah

27Regenerative ShieldingEach tick of Rune of Regeneration has 25% chance to increase target's armor by X for 10s. During this time their armor will ignore armor penetration from attacks.
29Restorative BurstAny time one of your direct healing effects critically heals an ally, you will regain 40 Action Points over 3 seconds.
31Blessing of GrungiCritical heals will Bless your target for 10 seconds, increasing the power of any heals used on them by 25%.
33Potent RunesRune of Striking and Rune of Immolation are now undefendable.
35On Your Feet!Rune of LIfe, Rune of Sanctuary and Grimnir's Fury will heal the target for X health over 5 seconds and will restore 70 Action Points when the target is resurrected.
37Sundered MotionRune of Sundering's cooldown is reduced to 20 seconds and will now apply a 40% movement reduction for 10 seconds to all those hit.
39Thick-SkulledRemoves chance to be setback while casting Grungni's Gift, Rune of Mending and Rune of Serenity.

Shadow Warrior
