Template:test4new  

This sub-template tests the wiki page to see if it exists (is defined and is not blank) and is designed to be called in a Top template. This is NOT appropriate for all namespaces!!!

If it is blank, some general "Wiki page not found" message is displayed and an invitation to edit the page.

IF Template:template_name_New exists, it is transcluded to provide instructions on how to use the template to contribute.
