Find the Guardian Energy Core (Ggl) in Boiling Blood Outpost, the use the Flame Devil Stone to return to Kelotobeto (Ggl).

	This looks like a good spot to drop some ink!

It might be a very good idea to drop some ink next to Kelotobeto (Ggl) so you are not dependent on the Flame Devil Stone (which has only a single use and cannot be used during combat).

Kelotobeto (Ggl) is willing to transport you to "The Surface" or "The Infernal Gate". "The Surface" is at Boiling Blood Outpost, safely tucked behind a tent. To your right will be the Flaming Wings you need for Flame Feathers, but there are also lots of Nagas and they are all Elite. The worst part is that the Naga Surveillance on the bridge, which is where the Guardian Energy Core (Ggl) is, have Paralyzing Snake Poison so you will spend a lot of time unable to move, fight or cast spells.

In summation, this is really NOT intended to be a solo quest.
