Examine The Bandits' Letter that you found pinned to a wall by a dagger when you killed the bandit leader, Boss Cavil, at Belbua's Farm. Description Level 12 The Writing On The Wall Take the Lepharist Revolutionaries' letter to Spatalos at the Verteron Citadel. You discoverd a letter detailing the Lepharist Revolutionaries' plan to weaken the Aetheric Field. Take it to Spatalos and warn him of the danger. Basic Reward XP † 1,100
