These are spawned adds and not related to the mobs in the zone. - He is located in the The Cove of Decay, not The Cove of Decay: A Treaty for Treasure, and not in The Cove of Decay: Epic Angler. * Access to this zone is started through the quest found in Ruins of Varsoon called "Prison Break" * This zone can also be accessed through another group member who already has access.
