Game Update #64 Qeynos Rises July 24, 2012

While there's no minimum level for this quest, being at least level 10 will probably make it a little easier.

Tilla at 306, -12, 93 Copy sends you to the library to research the history of ratonga in Qeynos.

1. Speak to Apprentice Librarian Cippin, who is in The Concordium Tower, red teleporter, at 708, 41, 104 Copy .
2. Search The Down Below for a map to the ratonga library. There's an entrance at 366, -20, 16 Copy .
• The strange map is in the Bloodsaber area at 2, -3, -157 Copy . I was able to get to it at level 9.
3. Follow the map to the hidden library. Look for the silver-green sparklies. It's at -72, 0, -114 Copy .
4. Enter the Library of Vatheel.
• Defeat seven Bloodsabers in the library.
• Defeat Sziss the Bookmongrel.
• Search the library. the book you want is at -9, 0, 6 Copy .
5. Return to Tilla.
6. Search Antonica for evidence of scouts. Locations include:
• -63, 4, -212 Copy
• -378, 5, -246 Copy
• -392, -1, -482 Copy
• -379, 1, -524 Copy
• -358, 16, -391 Copy
• -895, 1, -540 Copy
• -136, 10, -239 Copy
• -143, 10, -216 Copy
• -499, 6, -273 Copy
• -386, 16, -297 Copy
7. Return to Tilla.
