Approach a distressed withertalon matron in the Waning Forest at -2029, -618, -581 to be offered this quest.

Follow the matron to her nest at -1924, -586, -287 , where you will be ambushed by the matron and four other raptors. Once you dispatch them the quest will automatically complete. If you feel like exacting additional revenge, click on the eggs in the nest to destroy the hatchlings as well!
