Speak to Lepethida at 112, 210, -11 Copy within Falinpol on Daarspire island within the Vesspyr Isles to begin this quest.

1. Speak with Savtek at -297, 214, 256 Copy on Daarspire
2. Enter the cave (it is not an instance) at -61, 201, -58 Copy
3. Kill 5 harrowing horde within the cave
4. Return to Lepethida to complete the quest.
