Speak to Lepethida at 112, 210, -11 Copy within Falinpol on Daarspire island within the Vesspyr Isles to begin this quest.

1. Return to the pool of water on Daarspire
2. Use the blessed amphora
3. Kill the Rippling Etherage that spawns
4. Return to Lepethida to complete the quest.

Completing this quest will also open up Harla Dar's first quest, Vision of Scale.
