There are only two ways to reach Briarheart without having the warpstone already: by either successfully finished the Tanglewood Fort dungeon, or by teleporting over to a friend who is already there.

The Caverns is the tunnel you take to enter Briarheart, and the Castle is next to the warpstone in the far north of Briarheart.
