	To Start: Speak to Lucinda in Blackspore Swamp. Lucinda says,"There we go! The spectral spectacles are good as new, I hope. Try them on and take a look around. Let me know if you see any ghosts! " Lucinda would like you to try on the spectacles and let her know if you see any ghosts. This is an Errand quest.  Membership is required to begin this quest.

Equip the spectral spectacles and be on the lookout for ghosts! Equip the Spectral Spectacles Speak to Lucinda Speak to Lord William IV

You must be in a Freestyle job to equip the spectacles (head slot item).

Closing Comments

Lucinda says, "So, what do you see? Any ghosts? I feel an unusual amount of paranormal energy behind me."

Lord William IV says, "You...you can see me? This must mean you'll be able to help! I've been waiting an eternity for someone to come along..."
