Found at Yule Villages if a Fae Yule Instant Adventure has progressed enough for the village to be built and populated. At the completion of the Instant Adventure the vendors will remain at the village until the next Fae Yule IA begins or one hour passes, whichever comes first.

She sells Fae Yule Food/Beverages with the same inventory as Felds and Jilee.
