rift quest:The Matter of Motes

To complete this quest, you must find a Dragon Mote in the world (of at least of green difficulty). Dragon Motes will appear on your map and minimap as a square, purple foothold symbol with a dragon's head. Kill the mote as with any other foothold. Loot Dragon Mote Core as with any other rift loot.
