Usage: {{MinMax|min|max|color=|dash=|format=|default=}}

This is used in many places where I want to display a min and max value with " to " in the middle.

min

If blank, display "unknown" (color= will be ignored).

If blank, only min is displayed, with no " to "

If not blank, use "-" instead of " to "

If not blank, the min and max will be displayed in this color (but not the "to")

if not blank, format the min and max (min and max MUST be numeric!)

if defined, display this instead of "unknown" if min is blank
