Bolster Buff     Bolster is a Battlefield Buff granted automatically to any player below the 8th rank of a tier when entering a Scenario or Open RvR area that raises your Health, Action Points and Abilities to the equivalent of the Bolstered rank.

This Gift does not raise your gear to the Bolstered rank, nor does it grant you the abilities that a player of that rank would have, but it does make you a little harder to kill and make the abilities you do have hit/heal for more.
