Join the fun in TERA's Masquerade Mayhem!

In honor of Halloween, from now until November 5, players in TERA can enjoy some wicked tricks and sweet treats! The event, known as "Masquerade Mayhem" is sure to please even the most hardcore gamer. Get awesome in-game items, achievements, have a go at the seasonally themed dungeon, and don't forget to join in the Masquerade Ball and Costume Contest on October 30th!

This spooky event isn’t all tricks, though. It has plenty to give away! When first logging in, players are treated to a mystery box containing fun items such as one of three Halloween-themed masks. While out fighting monsters they will collect pumpkin pies to throw at Gourdo, a mysterious spirit who haunts the land. Each pie throw gives a shot at a Halloween candy basket full of more rewards, such as a chance at one of three other unique masks. To top it off, there is a daily, repeatable dungeon where players can get even more cool stuff like Halloween Glasses and Halloween Cake. Surprise! The cake could contain the terrifying Boneshaker Mount!

Players won't want to miss the in-game party, either. There will be a Masquerade Ball and Costume Contest on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 6 p.m. PDT. It will be held at Pora Elinu: the big tree. Costume judging will be for the funniest, scariest, best single and best group. Hurry!
