The Aldmeri Dominion, a recurring area from old Elder Scrolls games, will be returning as a joinable faction in The Elder Scrolls Online, but many questions still surround it, like how is it a faction? How was it formed after the First and Second Dominions? Who's in power? 

Here's your answer, in today's new Ask Us Anything on the TESO team. Elswyr will return, which Khajiit you will be able to become, and why the Bosmers have joined the Dominion. Story is a pretty huge fulcrum for the whole series, and it's nice seeing Bethesda know this and prepare accordingly.
