Claim Items

Claim items are promotional, veteran, or other rewards accessible by typing /claim in your chat window. With Rise of Kunark, all expansion and adventure pack /claim items became available to anyone owning Rise of Kunark.

Pre-order, box, or other game purchase items

Original Release

Journeyman's Boots - One may be claimed per account. You receive:

Journeyman's Boots, which should not be mistaken for the Heritage Quest reward.

Painting of EQI and Server Title - One may be claimed per account. You get:

Veteran's Rewards

Veteran's Rewards are awarded by account age. Included in this is an extra 90 days for every expansion owned by the account except The Shadow Odyssey. You can see you account age in your Character Window, in the Details tab. These rewards may be claimed once per character. See: Veteran's Rewards

Legends of Norrath

These items drop as Legends of Norrath cards, and must be redeemed in the LoN client before they appear in your /claim window. LoN Items are from the card of the same name unless otherwise indicated.
