Speak to Researcher Aillena Belzia at 1176, 12, 1281 Copy in the Tranquil Sea to begin this quest.

1. Collect items from the isle, they'll have a white particle effect:
• 10 pieces of masonry from Malvonicus' Tower (broken stone piles)
• 10 scavenged parts from Malvonicus' Tower (scattered metal pieces)
• 10 pieces of lumber from Razortooth Bay (planks of wood floating in the water in the area around 984, 3.7, 1267 Copy and throughout the bay)
2. Return to Aillena to complete the quest

Reward

• a D.I.R.T.Y. weapon (level 96, varies by class)
