Speak to Researcher Aillena Belzia at 958, 7, 1463 Copy in the Tranquil Sea to begin this quest.

1. Rescue 6 Far Seas crew members from the nearby tower wreckage
• These are "a Far Seas survivor" around the tower. Hail them for the updates. They can be tracked. Known locations:
• 885, 11, 1380 Copy
• 913, 7, 1377 Copy
• 939, 12, 1318 Copy
• 912, 22, 1291 Copy
• 865, 21, 1305 Copy
• 824, 22, 1381 Copy
2. Click on the floorboard at 911, 7, 1387 Copy inside the tower to zone into Clackwhinge's Cellar
3. Speak to the overseer
4. Return to Aillena, who is now at 980, 11, 1388 Copy , to complete the quest
