If you are awaiting mail from Raffik, you can go to the Village of Shin and talk with Jerol of the Norrathian Express to see about its delivery status.

When you achieve crafting level 20 you will receive a mail from Raffik. Accept the quest.

1. Meet Raffik near the docks in the Butcherblock Mountains. He's on the beach north-east of the docks at 528, 24, 568 Copy .
2. Speak to Dockmaster Waulon at 744, 26, 561 Copy .
3. Speak to a fae tailor by the loom at 671, 24, 606 Copy . He gives you the recipe Mutagenic Essence. Scribe it.
• The recipe name may change before this goes live. When you scribe it the recipe is "Pirate Outfit".
4. Make the Pirate Outfit. Everything you need is available in this zone. Trader Whitlock at Highland Outpost sells fuel.
• 1 Belladonna root
• 1 boiled leather pelt
• 1 Gold Cluster
• 2 sparkling filament
5. Return to Raffik.

Your reward includes recipes for Harvester's Balm and Artisan's Amalgamation.

You will receive the next quest in the mail at level 30.
