Talk with Sarinerk in Morheim at Sky Temple of Arkanis once you have reached at least Level 28. Description Level 30 The Bottom of the Temple Kill the animals at the bottom of the temple. Kill Wriggling Wriggots (0/10) Kill Blackscale Basilisks (0/5) Basic Reward XP † 15,000
