The shopping list is below the walk-through.

1. Speak to Jeremy, who is on the other level (use the teleporter).
2. Gather 5 recordings from Daar sentinel constructs.
• Target a Daar sentinel and use the Sonic Tranquilizer (in your quest journal helper) on it, then approach the sentinel, right click it and choose Remove Recordings.
3. Return to Jeremy.
4. Using the recipes Recording Transcript Record Book and an Engraved Desk (on the other floor), bind the recordings into a report book.
5. Return to Ethan.
